The Polaris Retail Experience Project by Reflect and Elo combines a physical product showcase with a revolutionary digital interactive experience.
DALLAS, Texas – Reflect, a leading provider of award-winning digital signage software, content and interactive applications, and Elo, a leading global supplier of touchscreen solutions, today announced that their technology solution for Polaris Industries won the ICX Association’s Elevate Award for Best ICX Deployment, Retail. This award-winning solution paired an interactive shopper application powered by Reflect’s unique suite of digital medial solutions running Elo’s 55-inch commercial-grade touchscreen.
“We are excited to share the success of this solution which has driven helped drive sales of vehicles and accessories,” said Lee Summers, CEO of Reflect. “The industry-leading recognition of the ICX Elevate award committee underscores how impactful it can be to engage customers in building their own products and elevating sales associates to the role of educator and experience facilitator.”
Polaris is one of the largest powersports companies in the world – its brand is synonymous with adventure and passion. Polaris relies upon an extensive network of 1,500+ dealer locations to sell their vehicles. With The Polaris Retail Experience, Polaris is enhancing the customer’s dealership experience when buying an off-road vehicle, aiming to provide customers with all the vehicle information they could want and the ability to explore branded content.
In partnership with Polaris, Reflect and Elo created the digital component of The Retail Experience, which gives dealership sales associates a tool to help educate shoppers and close more transactions. Shoppers can build their own vehicle by adding popular accessories (ex. grill guards, doors, lighting packages, etc.), spin their creation 360-degrees and visualize vehicles not on the showroom floor.
Reflect continues to work with Polaris on future phases of the digital strategy, ensuring ongoing improvements to the overall customer experience. Learn more about Reflect and their customized digital strategy and solution design visit: ReflectSystems.com.
