The U.S. Army Installation Management Command (IMCOM) Marketing & Interactive Solutions Division, located at Joint Base San Antonio – Fort Sam Houston, Texas is the headquarters for all U.S. Army Non-Appropriated Fund (NAF) and Morale, Welfare, & Recreation (MWR) marketing and advertising activity.

IMCOM Marketing & Interactive Solutions is not a 3rd party vendor. All IMCOM marketing assets are located on U.S. Army garrisons around the world. The workforce is composed of NAF employees whose sole mission is to provide resources and manpower to ensure the quality of life for all active duty soldiers, their dependents, and U.S. Army retirees continues to improve. In order to sustain programs and benefits, IMCOM must generate self-sustaining revenue as all MWR programs are self-funded. Income does not come from appropriated funds authorized by Congress.

To ensure the mission requirement is met, IMCOM Marketing & Interactive Solutions offer select and qualified retail partners access to the U.S. Army military demographic with digital assets physically located on U.S. Army installations as well as an ability for businesses to commercially sponsor events, again, on an Army post.

The following resources and media are available to advertise a corporate product and services on a U.S. Army garrison:

•    Enterprise Website (Common CMS with ability to push advertising to all Army garrisons in FY 2017)
•    Digital Signage (Enterprise Web based digital signage network > 1,000 signs physically located on Army garrisons globally in FY 2016)
•    Social Media (Over 550K followers on Facebook)
•    Events and promotions including the U.S. Army Soldier Show at all Army garrisons
